Guests receive updates on their transportation status through text and email notifications that include a mobile web link to ShuttleQ for viewing actual progress on an interactive GPS map and tracking of the driver's location. This feature eliminates miscommunication and the need for guests to contact the front desk, enhancing the overall experience. The system can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection via a browser or mobile app at any time.
